We're based in Cambridge and work across the surrounding towns and villages.
Our approach
Most people don't know what's behind their walls. They shouldn't have to.
When something goes wrong with your plumbing, the worst part is often not knowing: how serious it is, what it'll take to fix, and what it'll cost.
So we explain. We tell you what we've found, show you where we can, and talk you through the options before we start. If there's a cheaper sensible fix, you'll hear about it. If a job needs a different trade, we'll say so.
That's it, really. Turn up, explain clearly, do the work properly, and leave it tidy.

We tell you what we've found, what we suggest and what it'll cost — before we start. If we find something unexpected partway through, we stop and talk to you.
Repair first, replace when it's right
If something can sensibly be repaired, we'll say so. We won't push a replacement you don't need.
Local, and staying local
We work in the towns and villages around our base, not across the whole country. If you need us again about a job, we're easy to get hold of.
Honest about what we don't do
Some jobs need a specialist, such as gas or electrical work. If yours does, we'll tell you rather than take it on.
Tested before we leave
We turn the water back on, check every joint we've touched and make sure drains are flowing before we call a job finished.
Small jobs are welcome
A dripping tap or a running toilet is worth a call. It's better to fix it now than after it's damaged something.
